I
bought the Morini as a restoration project in 1993. After (very) slowly
rebuilding it, in 2007 I gave it to Jim McLean of Bikecare to finish!
Since then it has done less than 500 miles. In 2008 I
displayed it on the Morini stand at the Classic Bike show. It looks
fantastic and always attracts compliments, it has the iconic twin
leading shoe drum brake. The bike has a deep throaty growl and
pulls like a train.
I'm
selling it because I don't ride any more. Every year I polish the bike,
get it MOTed and ride around for a day then put it back under the
tarpaulin for another year. It should go to someone who will use it.
